A good honest burger! They use good meat and fresh ingredients here. It may cost more than a fast food place but wow it will fill you up! This is not a grease burger it is a solid burger straight to the belly burger! If you like to pick burgers like I do stars is fresh and juicy. The guacamole burger is very much a great one.
Your quintessential All-American burger joint. The staff are kind… but don’t ask for the Krabby Patty, because they’ve heard that one before. That joke’s been running for over two decades now.

Cute little burger place. I tried the fish and chips and it was fantastic. The fries could use some salt but the fish was the perfect texture and super good. Nice workers and good atmosphere, if a bit crowded in such a small space.

Lived in Humboldt County my entire life of 19 years and this restaurant among other great local restaurants, awesome staff, they're very nice and helpful. Not to mention the food which is outstanding, if I could give it a 10 star I would, they're milkshakes are to die for (mostly cause they give you the extra milkshake from the machine so it's like getting 2 milkshakes) I always find myself returning here and eating a full bellies worth, as a matter of fact I'm in bed sick right now and someone is on their way to bring me a burger and fries from here????
Food is good for a local.burger place . Atmosphere is basic ..nothing super exciting. Garlic fries are fries with powdered garlic salt.
I've been eating here for 30 years and never had a bad meal. That's saying a lot since I'm a vegetarian eating at a burger joint. Only once last week have they ever accidentally given me a meat burger and they replaced it all super friendly and I ended up keeping the meat burger which I gave to a coworker to their total delight. You can even order the Mediterranean chicken salad vegetarian and it's so darn good. I love the Lichenstein prints and the hot tattooed bears that cook the food.It's hard to find good help in Humboldt but they always manage to have friendly, happy service that makes eating out worth it. I love Eureka and Arcata locations. Long live Stars!
UPDATEEEE a while ago they opened back up on mondays YAAAS i can fulfill my cravings anytime...however i would much appreciate if they got on door dash still love everything abt this place, whenever people at my job ask where they should eat i ALWAYS say Stars
